Refunds and Damages

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at Ozanaorganics@gmail.com so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If an inconvenience, such as damage or a mistake, is confirmed, we can ship a replacement package to the same address or issue a refund.

Refund and Replacement Approval Process

We will notify you once we've inspected your request for a refund or new order.

- If approved: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days or a new package will be shipped out to you.

- Processing Time: Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.-

-If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at Ozanaorganics@gmail.com for assistance.

Returns for Dissatisfaction

Return Window

In compliance with general consumer protection laws (including EU law), a customer has the right to return any product for a period of 14 days after the point of delivery.

Product Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund:

  1. The product must be in its original condition.
  2. The product must be resalable (unopened and unused).

🚫 Important Exclusion (Due to Hygiene)

Products which have been opened, used, or altered are not eligible under the Ozanas Organics return policy due to strict hygiene reasons. No exceptions.

Shipping and Handling Costs

-Please note that any original shipping costs paid on the order are non-refundable.

-The customer is responsible for covering any costs for return shipping and handling charges.
